Latavius Powell, CEO of CSG Wealth management, is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with emphasis in Human Resource Management and immediately went on to pursue his Masters of Business Administration. He has been a standout in the financial services industry since 2004. Latavius is a member of Rotary International, a member of Henry County Cultural Diversity Committee, a member of the Early County Community Development Committee, and served as a Business Leader on the board of Patrick Henry High School.

 

In 2007, Latavius was named one of the "Top 50 Rising Stars in Business" by Atlanta Business Journal Magazine and at the age of 25 was the youngest person ever to receive that award. Mr. Powell has been awarded by the 100 Black Men of DeKalb for his community service efforts as a public speaking mentor for three consecutive years and also received a NAACP community service award in 2008. In the fall of 2009, Latavius was featured on the cover of H-Magazine for its "Top 5 under 40", issue. Mr. Powell is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha, Delta Sigma Pi - International Business Fraternity, SHRM and Toastmasters International Public Speaking Club.
